Complaints Procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a full response within 4 weeks of receipt. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will explain why and provide a date by which you can expect our response.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, or if you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC).

The SLCC can only consider complaints after you have given the firm a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. You must lodge a complaint with the SLCC within 12 months of the complaint arising or within 12 months of becoming aware of the loss.
